earrings feature alternating sapphires and diamonds on the inside and the outside of each earring. The 18 round sapphires have a total carat weight of 1.43. The 20 diamonds have a total carat weight of 1.26 and a color and clarity grade of GHI/VS. The earrings are completed with hinged post backs with a push button. Marked "18K".
